02. Do I need prior sales experience?
Not at all. Most of our top earners started with zero sales background. We’ll teach you everything you need from script mastery to closing techniques before you ever knock your first door.
03. Is this a commission-only position?
Yes once you complete training and demonstrate basic sales ability, your earnings are 100% commission-based with uncapped income. But unlike typical commission jobs, we don’t throw you in blind. You’ll go through free professional training and be mentored by seasoned reps before earning your first sale.
04. When do I start earning commissions?
After completing initial training (typically 5–7 days), you’ll begin in-field practice and shadowing. As soon as you’re ready to sell independently usually by week 2 you’ll start earning full commission per sale. We focus on skill before sale, so you’re set up to succeed instead of guess your way through.
05. How much can I earn?
There’s no cap. First-year reps often earn $30K–$80K depending on effort and consistency. Top closers make $10K–$40K+ per month in commissions. Your results are directly tied to your discipline, skill, and drive.
06. What is included in the training?
Elite provides free, elite-level door-to-door sales training: script mastery, objection handling, performance coaching, mindset work, and in-field mentorship. You’ll train alongside experienced reps and receive constant support to build both skill and confidence.
07. Do I have to pay for anything?
Nothing. No course fees, no housing charges, no program costs. Your training, mentorship, and even housing are fully sponsored. We believe in removing financial barriers so you can focus on growth.
08. Where will I be working?
After training, you’ll be placed in one of our active Vivint sales markets. These are handpicked cities with high homeowner demand. You’ll work alongside a dedicated local team in a real territory not just a “training zone.”
09. Is housing really included?
Yes. If relocation is required, we provide team-funded housing in your assigned market. You’ll live with other Elite reps motivated, like-minded teammates who push each other to grow. It’s not just free rent it’s an immediate support system.
10. What’s the long-term opportunity?
This isn’t a summer gig. We’re building leaders. As you grow, you’ll have the chance to train new reps, manage teams, and scale into leadership roles with overrides and residuals. We develop people who want more than just a paycheck we develop closers and leaders.
